Basic Elements Delivery Information
UK Delivery
All Basic Elements orders are lovingly packaged and sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery. For security reasons we do need the delivery to be signed for so if it is not convenient to deliver to a residential address please let us know a more convenient delivery address.

UK Standard Delivery
Cost £3.50 per delivery address, recorded delivery. We aim to deliver within 3 working days however for orders placed on a Friday or at the weekend please allow 4 working days.
- UK Express Delivery
Cost £7.50 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order by 1pm the following day for all orders placed by 2pm. For all orders placed after 2pm we aim to deliver within 48 hours. Also for orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or at the weekend please allow 2 working days.
Overseas Delivery
Basic Elements cannot currently accept orders from outside of the UK as the logistics are not currently in place, however this is something that we are working on and hope to be able to do in the near future.
